Exchanges & Refund Policy
Effective 5/19 No exchanges will be made due to the COVID-19 until further notice!
Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days ( Not including weekends). If 7 business days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not issue refunds exchanges only.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All products will be inspected by our quality control team with pictures and video footage to show the condition it was in before leaving our facility before shipping. Any damaged item or sale item is not exchangeable. No exceptions will be made outside of the 7 days.
All Sale Items, Bathing Suits, Accessories, and undergarment are Final Sale.
To complete your exchange to see if the item is eligible for exchange email us at email@example.com with the subject line:Exchange along with your order number, a description of the item, the reason for the exchange and include the tracking number for exchange.
Once you are item is deemed exchangeable you will receive an email with a confirmation and tracking for exchanged item. If the item is not available in your size at the time of the, exchange a store credit will be issued. Store credits are good for 90 days from the date of Issuance. Buyers are also responsible for Return Shipping Charges.
